Hello my lovely readers! Hope you're all well and enyoing these sunny days :) Today I have for you new photo tutorial for this beautiful summer-inspired blue makeup look!
Before I get into the tutorial, I just wanted to mention that I finally put a menu on the blog (in the right column) - you can now search posts by categories (makeup, nature, decor, outfits...). Also, I put a poll (again in the right column) asking you all to tell me "What would you like to see on this blog more?" - so please go and answer, it would be great to hear what you think!
Hope you like the look and pictures, and have a great day :* :))
For the face, first I applied L'Oreal true match foundation in shade N2 Vanille using Hello Beauty Makeup sponge applicator and after that Catrice camouflage cream in shade 010 Ivory on blemishes and dark circles. With Rimmel Stay Matte powder (which is well loved haha) I mattified my face.
Left: No makeup
Right: With foundation, concealer and pressed powder
To fill in the eyebrows, I used Essence eyebrow designer pencil in 04 blonde for the inner part, and Catrice Eye Brow Stylist in 020 Date with Ash-ton for the outer part of the brows. After that I fixed the brows in place with Catrice Lash/Brow Designer Shaping and Conditioning Mascara Gel (btw. it's awesome!)
On the eyes first I applied white Avon eye shadow primer in Light Beige and then Nyx Jumbo Eye Pencil in the shade Strawberry Milk over all across the eyelid. After that I applied white eyeshadow from Bell TRIO Eyeshadow no.1 in the inner corner and in the middle, and blue Illamasqua Powder Eye Shadow in the colour Sadist on the outer part of the lid and in the crease. Then I blended blue and white eyeshadows until eyerything looked nice and smooth.
For the eyeliner, first I applied wide line of Catrice Longlasting Eye Pencil Waterproof in 090 Petrol And The Wolf (on the uper and lower lashline), and on top of that black Essence liquid eyeliner (only on the uper lashline).
Lastly, I put on Essence Lash mania reloaded false lash mascara and Maybelline Master Drama Kohl Liner in Ultra Black in the waterline and tightline.
For the blush I used Catrice blush in 090 Mandy-rine, and for highlight Essence soo glow cream to powder highliter in 20 bright up your life. I applied highlight on the top of my cheekbones, nose and under the brows.
For the lips, I applied only Essence lipliner in 06 cute pink!
